It was Spring 2020, Italy was closed in lockdown due to Covid 19. We lived in anxiety and fear, uncertain about the future and limits in the freedom that we have always taken for granted.
We discovered the power of video calls for colleagues, pilates lessons, aperitifs with friends…. but also to chat, to gather together and feel less isolated. From the emotion of seeing ourselves alive and safe, an idea was born.
We had met many times as professionals with a common training in collaborative practice, with different skills (lawyers, facilitators, expert accountants, psychologists, in minors ...), with a shared method and an ability to work in team, so we joined forces and gave space to creativity! This is what we offer every day to people we work with going through personal, family and work life difficulties.
In a traumatic moment we transformed the crisis into an opportunity: a testimony of the way each of us individually and all together work collaboratively and creatively.
