I have been active in Collaborative Practice since its inception in the Ithaca, New York area in 2003. I was the president of Ithaca Area Collaborative Law Professionals from 2006-2008, and I remain an active member of our local practice group. Since 2009, I have limited my family law and divorce practice to working with clients who choose collaborative law or other alternatives to litigation, such as mediation or out-of-court negotiation.
