I have a collaborative law practice including divorce and civil matters, and train collaborative professionals in basic and advance collaborative skills. I am also a VA Supreme Court Authorized Mediator (Family and Civil - all levels), ADR Trainer and Mediator Mentor. I have conducted well over 8,000 mediations as of 2015; at least 65% of those were in the Family area. I continue to handle at least 75-100 cases each year. I am on the US State Dept, Office of Children's Issues as a trained international parental abduction prevention mediator, and a referral source for Hague Petitions. Further, I speak Spanish.
