Profession(s)
Mental Health Professional, MediatorMy work with clients and other professionals on a collaborative team is designed to facilitate growth and awareness through the challenges that are inherent in the divorce process. I have years of experience working with families and individuals in transition, and have been priviledged to witness the trancendence that is possible when people choose to use their highest selves toward a common goal. Families are changing, and in the Collaborative Process, we - the professionals who provide guidance and counsel - have the opportunity to help changing families embrace and develop new patterns of belonging and relating to each other. We are able to help families choose to preserve their unique cultures, meaningful traditions, and to understand that change doesn't have to be devastating. This work gives me great satisfaction, in that we are learning to accept that change is part of the human condition, and something that we can work through and experience an always better day and life.
