I have 30+ years experience as a family law lawyer and have been a collaborative professional since 2003. I help clients resolve cases outside of court using collaborative and co-operative negotiations, or through mediation and mediation/arbitration.

I have advanced training in collaborative and interest-based negotiations. This includes attending conferences on collaborative practice in Canada and the U.S. and the completion of an advanced negotiation workshop at the Harvard Negotiation Institute and an advanced alternative dispute resolution course through Stitt Feld Handy in association with the University of Windsor Law School.

I am committed to helping people resolve challenging issues through the use of the collaborative process and in particular with the use of the collaborative team approach. I also assist clients who are going through the mediation process.
