Zachary M. Kafoglis has over 30 years of experience transitioning his clients through crisis with compassion and integrity. He represents clients in all areas of family law including divorce, property division, custody, child support, paternity, domestic violence, and the preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Mr. Kafoglis represents clients in the most complex and contentious family law disputes through litigation. If litigation is not in the best interest of the client, Mr. Kafoglis resolves cases through Collaborative Law and Mediation. Mr. Kafoglis began his career in Family Law litigation and in the demanding and litigious areas of Personal Injury Law, Criminal Defense, and Probate and Estate Law. He successfully litigated hundreds of cases through jury and bench trials, but he also was instrumental in helping clients negotiate settlements.
Mr. Kafoglis has established a reputation of honesty and integrity.
