Since 1986, I have specialized in family law, negotiating and litigating divorce, post-divorce, child custody and support cases. I serve on the board of the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals, am a past board member of the Colorado Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, have been a co-chair of the Family Law section of the Boulder County Bar Association, and am a past board member and President of the Boulder Interdisciplinary Committee (a group of attorneys and mental health professionals dedicated to minimizing the harm to divorcing families). Since my first collaborative law training in 2002, I have been consistently engaged in collaborative practice. Through involvement with other professionals in the Boulder and Colorado state collaborative organizations, I continue to introduce and train other divorce professionals in the collaborative method.
