Comments

I believe that parties in divorce are better served resolving their differences in a collaborative process. I have tried or mediated hundreds of domestic cases over the course of my career. While some cases cannot be resolved absent judicial intervention, there are many cases that can and should be resolved outside of court. I am working to make collaborative law an integral part of my professional practice and the professional services that I offer as I firmly believe that there are many couples and families that should work to first resolve their differences in the collaborative process and not rely upon the judiciary to make decisions for them.
