Lawyer, MediatorI am a mediator and conflict resolution consultant with more than 20 years of professional experience in education and education law. Following my career as a public elementary school teacher, earned my law degree from Temple University, and built a national reputation as an outspoken leader in the field of education law. I developed and taught a seminar on Special Education Law as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Temple Law, and have spoken at numerous professional conferences around the country for attorneys, educators, school administrators, teachers, and students. I have been a guest on several programs on National Public Radio, television, and on the popular podcast, Good Law Bad Law.
In 2019, I earned certifications in both Negotiation and Mediation at the Harvard Negotiation Institute’s Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. I also completed the certification course in Mediation at Good Shepherd Mediation Program in Philadelphia.
In 2020, I founded Educadr LLC, a mediation and conflict resolution practice focusing on helping K-12 and higher education institutions., professionals, and students resolve conflicts collaboratively. I also consult on special education and special needs matters for Family Law professionals who practice Collaborative Divorce and Mediation.
As of November, 2021, I am Senior Counsel for Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
