Lawyer, Mediator

I am committed to helping people divorce in a respectful, dignified way that allows them to avoid court, maintain their privacy and control the outcome of their case. Collaborative law allows for such an outcome. Too often families fall into the downward spiral of litigation simply because they do not know there are other options available to them. My job is to make sure you know all of the available options so you can make an educated decision about your dispute; you may ultimately decide that litigation is the best option for you and that is legitimate as long as it is a well-informed decision.

I believe the most significant benefit of Collaborative Practice is the process that it provides, a process rooted in respect and full disclosure. In addition to my law and mediation practice, I am the founder and CEO of a mediation and Collaborative Law website called
