Profession(s)
Lawyer, MediatorI believe that there are better ways for families to solve the problems which divorce places on their doorstep. After thirty years of litigation experience, I have now, for the past 10 years, limited my practice to the Collaborative Process and Mediation. I believe in helping families find better ways to transition. Divorce litigation too often brings further harm. The Collaborative Process and Mediation help parents avoid the destruction, animosity and regret traditional litigation can bring. My goal is to help my clients avoid wasting time, energy and money in the court system and concentrate on creating options for the future.
