The first Collaborative Lawyer in Mississippi, I've used a Collaborative Law Agreement since 2004 with virtually all clients indicating my sole purpose in representing them is to resolve disputes without resorting to litigation. I have extensive experience as a Negotiator, which includes 8 years as a bank examiner and 25 years in banking. I began my career as a Mediator in 2000, and as a Collaborative Lawyer in 2004. I served as Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section of the Mississippi Bar Association for two terms and as an Adjunct Faculty Professor at the Mississippi College School of Law where I have taught the Banking Law class 3 semesters and co-taught the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) class 4 semesters.
