Collaborative Professionals of Washington is excited to offer our first “book-club-in-action”, Inside Out Washington. Led by Master Trainer Kim Gordon, JD, this six-part webinar series explores Gary Friedman’s seminal book, Inside Out: How Conflict Professionals Can Use Self-Reflection to Help Their Clients. Kim will be assisted during break-out sessions by co-facilitators, Teena Johnson, Nancy Retsinas, and Kevin Scudder.

This series will walk participants through Friedman’s methodology, where we will explore and hone a skillset that can help us help our clients open a path to deeper understanding of the issues and find genuinely satisfying solutions. Monthly Zoom gatherings will include:

  • Instruction and practice in self-reflection and journaling
  • Discussion about how to integrate the inner experience and outer action
  • Skill building by using the actual real-life experiences of the participants
  • Peer support through buddy relationships between our Zoom meetings

The series culminates in the opportunity to go even deeper with that understanding by participating in CPW’s March pre-conference workshop with Gary Friedman.
