Bill Eddy, LCSEW, Esq., Co-founder and Training Director of the High Conflict Institute will present our Pre-Conference Workshop on March 5th, providing valuable guidance on understanding high conflict personalities, client engagement skills, and structuring and practicing collaborative decision-making.
