The afternoon starts with a teaser training with Marc Sheridan about “Collaborative Practice Beyond Divorce”. Marc Sheridan, Esq., founder of the New York Civil Collaborative Group, Co-Chair of the IACP Trainers Committee, well-known trainer, and past lecturer for ENCP, will present a one-hour teaser on civil collaborative practice. He will address the application and benefits of collaborative practice in non-matrimonial cases including inheritance, construction, and commercial cases, both domestically and internationally, discuss ethical and other universal considerations for practitioners, and supply attendees with techniques to overcome obstacles in using collaborative process beyond divorce.
