Introductory Collaborative Practice Training

Change up the way you practice family law in 2021 with an in-person training in beautiful Queenstown!

Collaborative Practice is being used right now in New Zealand for family disputes but is applicable to a wide range of disputes including employment, civil and estate planning.

“But I already work collaboratively. Why do I need training?” Most NZ Family Court professionals work together in a collegial and supportive manner. However, this is not the same as the Collaborative Practice dispute resolution process.

Taking you step by step through a collaborative case, this practical, hands on 2 day training will:

  • Give you an understanding of how the Collaborative Process runs;
  • Allow you to experience working through the entire process;
  • Challenge your thinking;
  • Explore the interdisciplinary team model and how this benefits clients;
  • Leave you excited and confident about incorporating Collaborative Practice into your practice and gain happier days in the office!

This training is open to lawyers, accountants, psychologists, counsellors and other professionals who work with families in conflict. Participants must attend all two days of the training. A full refund will be given if the Training is cancelled due to a change in the Covid-19 alert level. Participation numbers are strictly limited so register now to avoid disappointment.
