Description:  A Lens for Leadership has, as its foundation, the findings from Google’s 5-year study on successful teams: Project Aristotle. Using two tools throughout the class – the Principles and Timed Talk (aka Serial Testimony) we learn not only how to implement these tools, but also how they impact the “health” of the “containers” we create when we form and foster a team.

Learning Objectives

  1. Ability to understand and fluently describe impact of Principles on leadership and team dynamics
  2. Ability to understand and fluently describe impact of Timed Talk on leadership and team dynamics
  3. Ability to understand and fluently describe the most important dynamic of successful teams
  4. Ability to understand and fluently describe the processes that support successful teams
