Learn about the value of the Collaborative team, the role of each of the disciplines and how the three disciplines work together as part of an integrated collaborative team.  Be confident to talk to clients about the value of working with a collaborative team to reach agreements about their financial and child issues. Find out about the 5-step MELCA model and how the three pillars of Preparation, Process and Planning can result in success in two collaborative negotiation meetings.

The course is relevant to people who are new to collaborative practice. It is also for those who have undertaken basic collaborative training but who can benefit from increased understanding and practice in the team model.

Day 3 is an Advanced training relevant to practitioners who want to run an efficient & effective collaborative business.

The presenters are experienced Collaborative practitioners and trainers.  They are the founders of MELCA, Australia’s only collaborative centre, and pioneers in interdisciplinary collaborative practice.  They are all IACP trained trainers, and are the authors of “Breaking up Without Breaking Down”.
