Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Ceará - UFC. Specialist in Public Law. Master in Constitutional Law in Private Relations from the University of Fortaleza. University Professor - Undergraduate and Graduate Lato Sensu. Teacher of Preparatory Courses for public exams and bar exam. Training course teacher for lawyers.
