IACP and its members have been invited to participate in 2022's World Creativity and Innovation Week & Day (WCIW), from April 15-21, 2022, with the theme of Collaboration. This is a United Nations-recognized week and day where Collaborative Professionals host celebrations to spread awareness of Collaborative Practice and how it achieves United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
IACP invites you to celebrate World Creativity and Innovation Week with IACP Board President Lori Gephart of Pennsylvania, USA, and IACP Board Past President Francesca King of Milan, Italy, in their interactive conversation, Create. Innovate. Collaborate on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 9:00 am PDT.
Grab your fellow creatives, colleagues, and community members! Lori and Francesca will discuss how the Collaborative Process is inherently creative and innovative, while also speaking on how Collaborative Practice is accessible to families and professionals around the world. Topics include:
How Collaborative Process is creative and innovative in how it utilizes interdisciplinary skillsets and perspectives to guide families through major life decisions in a way that’s respectful, cooperative, and allows them to find peace in their new family structures.
Discuss the differences between the Collaborative Process and litigation.
Examine the international aspect of the Collaborative community and the different perspectives around
Collaborative as it relates to geographic and cultural differences.
Explain how IACP can help connect families to Collaborative Practice and help connect professionals to
Collaborative networks and training in their region.
This discussion will last 60 minutes and include time for Q&A. This discussion will take place on Zoom and will also be live-streamed on Facebook on IACP’s Facebook page at the same time.
