Greensboro, NC--Civil Collaborative Practice Training

This introductory 2-day CIVIL collaborative training is designed for both family law and civil practitioners. The hypothetical used throughout the training will involve a family-owned business whose founding father is having business disputes with three children who each want to take the business in a different direction. Through presentations, role plays, and interactive question and answer sessions, particiants will gain a basic knowledge of collaborative theory and practice. One hour of ethics is included.
