Forrest (“Woody”) Mosten’s “Unbundling Your Practice for Lawyers and Consensual Dispute Resolution Professionals: To better serve your clients and increase profitability”
Wed, January 20 & Thurs, January 21, 2021 (three hours each morning) via Zoom
Collaborative Divorce Vancouver Society (“CDV") is delighted to team up with Forrest (“Woody”) Mosten to offer a unique two-day webinar training (six hours total) aimed at providing innovative tools and solutions to approach Collaborative Practice through the Unbundled Lens. During this unprecedented time, many of us have been forced to shift our practices and to find new ways to engage with clients and our colleagues. How do we do this while committing to Big "C" Collaborative practice? How else can we support families?
Woody, who has been internationally recognized as the father of the concept of Unbundled Legal Services, will help guide us through navigating the above questions. During the two day webinar, Mr. Woody will cover: the application of unbundling to providing interdisciplinary professional services to the underserved (primarily self-represented); Collaborative Practice; Mediation; Consulting, Coaching and Representative Services to Parties in Mediation; Preventive Planning; and Practice-Building for Family Professionals. Woody understands the Collaborative Process, Mediation and Unbundled Services, having years of experience with each and having co-authored books on each of those topics for the American Bar Association. Get to know more about Woody on his website.
The full rate of the course is $350 (Canadian dollars). CDV Members can register for a substantially discounted rate, with a further discount available through Dec 15th. We are also offering a 20% discount on the $350 basic rate to members of other consensual dispute resolution organizations. CDV hopes this course will help consensual dispute resolution professionals learn about the possibilities of the Collaborative process, so they may one day become Collaborative Practitioners themselves.
Please contact Wendy at email@example.com with any questions you may have, and she will make sure your enquiry is sent to the appropriate person.
