Family Specialist "Teaming"

Are two heads better than one?  A Coach and Child Specialist will share their discoveries of a meaningful approach they have refined over the last decade.  The benefits of Family Specialist “Teaming” and how it can be creatively adapted to meet the circumstances of families, will be discussed.  The trainers will provide education on “how to” accurately decipher the needs of the adults, as well minor and adult children in the family.  Effective “Teaming” strategies will support balance being restored in the family system and enrich the outcome.  This design will enhance the skill set of Collaborative professionals and add great value to families in the Collaborative process.
