It is rare to get to explore this topic with such experienced instructors with practical knowledge about real life skills designed for Minnesota Collaborative practitioners from all disciplines including Financial Specialists, Family Specialists and Neutral Child Specialists.

Carl has presented on the topic of screening for domestic violence in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through Minnesota CLE as well as teaching screening for many 40 Hour Family Mediation training courses.  With extensive court experience representing parents in child protection matters as well teaching about and practicing in out-of-court family law processes (Collaborative, Mediation, SENE/FENE, Parenting Consulting/Parenting Time Expediting), Carl has a unique ability to provide meaningful insights to real-life questions from practitioners in Collaborative cases including Financial Specialists, Family Specialists, Neutral Child Specialists and Collaborative Attorneys.  He has served on the Board of the Collaborative Law Institute including as President of the Board and is a continuing member of the CLI Tech and Sliding Fee Scale Committees.

Tracy has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota, and previously represented victim-survivors of domestic violence in family law matters as an attorney with Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services (SMRLS). When Tracy is not busy training other professionals across the country, she can be found at the dog park with her spouse and two Doodles.
