Structured Negotiation,  is a dispute-resolution method that happens without a lawsuit on file. It is a strategy to resolve legal claims that focuses on solution and encourages relationships between parties—and their counsel.

During the Structured Negotiation process, all the parties involved work together in a team defining language and interests to reach a satisfactory agreement taking into consideration the difficulties of each one of them.  Press conferences are held jointly when the agreement is reached or there is something relevant to be communicated.
