In this basic training, Marc Sheridan will address the application and benefits of collaborative practice in non-matrimonial cases including inheritance, construction, and commercial cases, both domestically and internationally, discuss ethical and other universal considerations for practitioners, and supply attendees with techniques to overcome obstacles in using collaborative process beyond divorce. As the progress of court cases remain uncertain, and parties are searching for alternatives, now is the time to learn about the future growth of collaborative practice. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to expand your dispute resolution toolbox.
Target group: This basic training is intended for all attorneys, financial professionals and mental health professionals who wish to add value to their clients through the collaborative law and practice process. The training is also intended for collaborative professionals who wish to expand their practice into areas outside of divorce law and to apply the CP process to cases in fields like inheritance, construction, and commercial law.
Trainer: Marc Sheridan, Esq., is the founder of the New York Civil Collaborative Group, Co-Chair of the IACP Trainers Committee, well-known trainer, and past lecturer for ENCP.
