This webinar explores the ways in which families and teams can bring the voice of the child into the collaborative process while keeping the child out from the middle of the conflict. Learn about the options of bringing a Guardian ad Litem or a Child Specialist to the Collaborative Team to assist the team and the family with parenting option development. Join Erinn McKee Hannigan, JD and Kristin Little, LMHC as they share how these roles are similar, how they differ and how a team can best utilize these team members.

Erinn McKee Hannigan

Erinn McKee Hannigan is a Collaborative Attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio who has a full time peacemaking practice. Erinn never looked back on giving up the courtroom and her practice includes collaborative work, being a frequent collaborative trainer for both introductory and advanced topics, an Ohio Guardian ad Litem and a mediator. Kristin Little, LMHC is a board member of King County Collaborative Law and is a frequent trainer for Collaborative professionals. Kristin is a neutral Child Specialist professional offering consultation and coaching for Collaborative teams and parents in divorce. Her role provides child focused education, parenting support and incorporates the voice of the child to facilitate children’s healthy coping and adjustment for families in transition.
