Background information: This course, led by Collaborative Professional Kate Scharff consists of four webinars, designed to apply lessons from psychodynamic theory, mindfulness and conflict resolution to describe a comprehensive model for enlightened team practice.  This course is intended for Collaborative lawyers, mental health professionals, and financial professionals. 

July 9: Session 1 -The Team in the Collaborative Context: What it is, Why it is, and How it Works 
July 16: Session 2 - Understanding Our Clients, Ourselves and Our Colleagues   
July 23: Session 3 - Team Rupture and Repair: The Transformative Value of “Mistakes”  
July 30: Session 4  -Tuning Our Instrument: The Essence of Technique (What to do or say in a given moment, and how to do or say it)  

Approach. This course is intended to be highly interactive in order to maximize learning. It will be limited to 25 attendees. Each must commit to attend the entire course (all 4 webinars). Webinars will be on consecutive Thursdays from 9-11:15 AM PDT, commencing July 9, 2020. Participants must have a computer with webcam and broadband Internet service.

The application deadline has been extended until the class reaches capacity, at which time a wait list will be monitored. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by IACP.
