I have news about the IACP Forum. After careful consideration, we have decided to transition the 21st Annual Networking and Educational Forum to a virtual platform. The event will no longer be held in Toronto, Canada. We will be returning to Toronto at the first possible opportunity for Forum 2023. There is sadness in this decision. But the bottom line is the health and safety of our members, attendees, and presenters are a top priority. The Forum has happened every year for the past two decades. It is a treasured annual opportunity to see friends and recharge. Our Collaborative community has shown amazing strength, resilience, and adaptability throughout this crisis. We will continue to face this change with the same energy and creativity as we have faced others. I’m excited about the upcoming virtual Forum, which will enable us to support even more professionals who will ultimately help more families resolve conflicts peacefully. Watch this video on our Facebook page from IACP Board President, Francesca King, and I about how we came to this decision and what you can expect from the virtual event. We will notify you when registration is open for our virtual Forum. As always, please feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions or concerns. With appreciation,
Anne Tamar-Mattis IACP Executive Director |
