A Workshop for Judges, Professionals, and Students Who are Curious About What Collaborative Practice Can Offer to Couples and Families Facing Disputes
Our goal in presenting this training is to introduce attendees to the core principles of Collaborative Practice through the provisions of Washington State’s Uniform Collaborative Law Act (RCW 7.77) and the experiences of two senior practitioners, Rita S. Pollak and Kevin R. Scudder. This Workshop is open to all and free for Judges and law/professional students, and has been approved for CLE credits for attorneys.
