Randy Heller

Dr. Randy Heller received her doctorate in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Supreme Court Family Mediator, Qualified Parenting Coordinator, Certified Hypnotherapist, as well as the Founder and Clinical Director of The Family Network, Collaborative Counseling Center for Positive Growth and Change, established in 1994. She is a Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.  Dr. Heller is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She also serves as a Board member of The Collaborative Family Law Council of Florida, The Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida, the Collaborative Family Law Institute, as well as an active member on the Research Committee of the IACP since 2007. 

Robert Arthur

Robert McMillan Arthur is an attorney with Arthur Law Office LLC, practicing in the Metro Milwaukee area and the Fox Valley. He is a general practitioner, concentrating in Family Law, Small Business Law, Entertainment and Intellectual Property Law, and Nonprofit Law.  Robert’s family law practice is centered around Collaborative Family Law, using his experience and training to empower and inform clients, advocate for their interests, and guide them in difficult problem solving. He is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin. Robert is on the board of directors of the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin. He is also on the board of directors for the Collaborative Foundation of Wisconsin (current Research and Grants Chair). He is also a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
