I have been practicing family law for almost 19 years, representing Wives, Husbands, Mothers, Fathers and children. I jumped at the opportunity to participate in the collaborative law process which enables the participants to dissolve their marriage or separate their family in a dignified, non-litigated way. I derive the most professional satisfaction when I assist my colleague and the participants in resolving a matter in a creative manner unique to their particular situation. It is even more satisfying when participants return to the collaborative process to resolve future issues post judgment.
