Coming from California where collaborative law had already taken hold in family law, I was very pleased to be one of the first members of the Collaborative Family Law Society of Maryland, DC, and Virginia and to attend its first training. I believe that the collaborative law process is both the best and least expensive method for appropriate couples going through a divorce.
