|
I am active member of my practice groups and serve on the boards of both the CDRP and the DCACP. I am a member of the family law sections of the DC and Montgomery County Bar Associations. I serve as a family law expert at the Family Law Self Help Center and Attorney Negotiator Project at DC Superior Court and I mentor attorneys who handle pro bono family law cases. I also serve as a volunteer Judge and Mediator for ABA law student competitions.

| General Comments |
| I have been interested in Collaborative Law as a means of resolving family disputes since I was first trained in 2002. I have an active collaborative law practice and find that it offers my clients a way to move through the divorce process in a way that insulates the children from the conflict, minimizes the hurt and anger that often accompanies divorce and offers the possibility of creative solutions to difficult problems. |
