Mary Ellen Flynn, JD
(Lawyer/Mediator)
|
I am an experienced collaborative law facilitator, mediator, and attorney who handles a wide-variety of legal matters in Maryland, including but not limited to, family law, personal injury, wills and estates, and business partner and other contractual disputes, which range from the most amicable parting-of-ways to the most highly contested of situations. I have found in my 20+ years of practice that approaching each situation as an opportunity to resolve all outstanding matters to my client's satisfaction and in a way that lays the groundwork for that client to move forward and pursue happiness and success in future personal and professional endeavors is a worthy and attainable goal. The Collaborative Law Process is an excellent way to sideline traditionally-contentious court litigation and allow the parties and their facilitators to be actively-contributing participants in resolving disputes successfully.
