| Presenters: | Michael A. Zeytoonian is a lawyer, mediator and ombudsman, and the Founding Member of the Zeytoonian Center for Dispute Resolutionin Wellesley Hills, MA. He writes frequently on collaborative law and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and has trained lawyers in collaborative law around the U.S., Canada and Europe.
Kathleen Clark, PhD, JD, MAM, of Pleaseant Hill, California is a writer and international speaker on the use of collaborative law in health law and medical error situations.
Jeff Brady is a former anchorman of the Dallas ABC affiliate, and the founder and CEO of Brady Media Group.
Kevin Fuller is a senior partner with the Dallas law firm of Koons, Fuller & Vanden Eykkel, P.C., and the President of the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas.
Hon. Marilea Lewis is the presiding judge of the 330th District Court, Dallas County, Texas.
Frank W. Elliott is Dean Emeritus and Professor of Law at Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Ft. Worth, Texas.
