| General Comments |
| After working successfully as a family law mediatior for 15 years, I chose to pursue collaborative practice as an additional alternate dispute resolution process. It was apparent to me that some cases were not amenable to mediation and could still be resolved without litigation if the attorneys and parties wanted to work collaboratively. I have been very satisfied with the outcomes in my collaborative cases. |
