Pamela M. Pacetti focuses her practice on Family Law, Family Law Mediation and Collaborative Family Law. Ms. Pacetti believes that most family law issues can and should be resolved in an atmosphere of dignity and respect. Ms. Pacetti further believes that the informed, creative and future-looking solutions reached by divorcing spouses through the collaborative divorce process are more lilkely to be honored by the parties who carefully design them, rather than results which have been court-imposed. The process is particularly valuable to the welfare of children effected by their parents' decision to collaborate rather than litigate.
