  • General Comments
My solo practice, New Growth Ventures, provides exclusively collaborative and mediation services in family matters. My experience has included a traditional domestic practice as well as general corporate representation with an emphasis on negotiation. I now represent clients in the Collaborative Process as well as bring Collaborative techniques and philosophy to my facilitation as a neutral mediator in on-going divorce cases which have reached impasse in the traditional system.

My interest in neuropsychology has been incorporated into my Collaborative practice. I refer those interested to my articles in the IACP Collaborative Review: http://www.collaborativepractice.com/lib/CollabReview/Volume10Issue2.pdf (2008) and in the Virginia Lawyer: http://www.vsb.org/docs/valawyermagazine/vl0709_collaborative.pdf (2009).
