The collaborative process for divorce is the best way to have a positive approach to a family's crisis. This method focuses on resolving disputes respectfully, keeping important relationships intact, preparing each adult for the future, and implementing co-parenting strategies to provide for the needs of the children. Having a Divorce Coach involved in the divorce process can help you make decisions affecting the future of you and your family from a place of wisdom, clarity, calm, and respect rather than a place of anger, resentment and fear.

| General Comments |
| I am a clinical therapist trained as a Collaborative Divorce Coach. I assist families through the transition of divorce to restructure their family with respect and dignity, making the future well being of their family the highest priority. Using my background in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy I will provide you educational information, support, and direction to communicate with your spouse about the important issues involved in creating the future changes in your family. Additionally, from my experience working with children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, Aspergers, and ADD/ADHD I can help you understand the needs of your children and their development related to the divorce process. |
