| As a Licensed Mortgage Planner for past 19-years I work with clients to determine how to keep the home through divorce, use equity to settle divorce or pay off bills to make home affordable, look at options of selling and buying a different home and long range planning if home needs to be sold and will have to rent but with goal of buying again in future. Also some credit management advice. Can use both traditional and reverse mortgage products. |
