I have been practicing collaborative divorce law since 1998 and am now working toward limiting my practice to collaborative and mediation as I find these processes are so much better for the clients

  • General Comments
After having litigated divorce cases for years, I welcomed mediation and now Collaborative Practice as much needed changes to the way families dissolve marriages. With the help and support of the Collaborative Team, the parties can dissolve their marriage respectfully and can move on to co-parent their children and feel that the outcome was equitable and that there was not a 'winner' nor a 'loser'.
