| General Comments |
| After having practiced family law as a litigator for many years I have had seen the financial and emotional devastation that litigation has on a divorcing couple. The trauma to the parties, thier children and the extended family, is lasting and costly. The seeds of distrust and discord being so deeply sown it is hard for such families to heal. I firmly believe there is a better way. For that reason I have committed myself to providing client's with options to litgation. I will always recommend either the colloborative approach or mediation to litigation and my client's have been better served as a result. |
