| I have long felt that family law does not belong in the courtroom. Accordingly, in addition to the mediation work which I do, I have taken training and incorporated collaborative negotiation into my areas of practice. I believe that through mediation and the collaborative practice alternatives, we can move toward a non-litigious means of settling all family law matters. |
