  • General Comments
I was one of the founders of the Collaborative Law Society who first brought collaborative divorce to the Washington, D.C. area in 2002, and I was one of the lawyers in the first collaborative case in Virginia. When our tri-state group was called the Collaborative Family Law Society I was the Secretary/Treasurer. In 2005 the group became the Collaborative Law Society, and in 2006 I became its President. I am also one of the founding members of the new statewide group, the Virginia Collaborative Professionals.
