Carla Boyd Terre, JD
(Lawyer/Mediator)
|
My practice consists exclusively of family law cases. I am committed to assisting couples that are separating to reach agreements in a peaceful way that allows them to move into the future with integrity. The use of the collaborative team can often give couples the best opportunity to reach agreements concerning their children, their property, and their money.

| General Comments |
| As an active member of my local collaborative organization, Collaborative Council of the Redwood Empire, I am committed to collaborative practice. I strive to assist couples to respectfully resolve issues that arise as the result of a transition in their relationship. My goal is to help create an environment where the conflict that is natural as a result of the transition can be faced in a manner that allows the couple to move on with integrity and with as little damage as possible. |
