I am co-founder and President of the Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group and regularly present seminars for mental health, financial and other professionals on the benefits of collaborative practice and mediation.     I am co-founder and President of the Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group. As a divorce mediator and a Certified Family Law Specialst for over 20 years I have seen the need for another 'appropriate' dispute resolution (ADR) - other than resorting to the adversarial system.
