Applying my legal skills and experiences as one of the first three collaboratively trained attorneys in northern Virginia, I enjoy helping my clients to identify and, where feasible, pursue, collaborative divorce as the optimal approach for themselves and, when they have issues involving children, their children too. This approach, if both spouses can agree to work within it, allows them to identify and implement a mutually decided resolution of their marital issues without fighting through the courts, in a client controlled environment featuring legal and other professional support and guidance. It can also assist families in identifying and implementing an amicable working relationship for co-parenting.
