Marshall Yoder, JD, MA (Lawyer/Mediator) Marshall Yoder devotes a substantial portion of his practice to collaborative practice and mediation in both domestic and general civil matters. Marshall comes to collaborative practice after many years as a litigator in Charlotte, North Carolina.
