Marshall Yoder, JD, MA (Lawyer/Mediator)
Marshall Yoder devotes a substantial portion of his practice to collaborative practice and mediation in both domestic and general civil matters. Marshall comes to collaborative practice after many years as a litigator in Charlotte, North Carolina. Marshall believes strongly in partnering with his clients to determine their underlying interests and long-term objectives and then problem-solving with them in an efficient and effective manner. He has been named to the Virginia Legal Elite for Alternative Dispute Resolution for the past three years. Marshall is also an Assistant Affiliated Professor at Eastern Mennonite University where he teaches in the undergraduate, MBA, and MA in conflict transformation programs.
